wiww- ruffle tutorial edition

long time, no wiww. i miss linking up weekly to share outfit inspiration. my camera is preparing for a good week of snapping pictures, so it couldn't participate this week, HOWEVER ( :-) ) i have some adorable ruffle tutorials that i'll be trying out and wearing this week.

and since i finally found a pair of brown boots in my size (thank you nordstrom rack) i'll be looking for a few ruffled skirts to wear before the snow arrives.
